I went to Ma-Ho-Ge from 76-77 and then Chipinaw from 78-81. I have great memories of Milt Sirota and Ed Chumsky. Though I was quite young 9-10 the memories are still there. I remember some of the names when I visit the site. I grew up with Douglas Schonfeld and Jeffrey Kreiselman in Brooklyn (parents attended/worked at both camps during the summer). Unfortunately, I lost contact with them. The last time I saw Milt Sirota was in June of 1985 with his wife at the Concord Hotel, where I was with my parents.
Funny as it is, I was touring venues for my wedding in 1994, and stumbled into the Park Avenue Synagogue in my current neighborhood, and I met Burt Leventhal. When I mentioned I was a Ma-Ho-Ge camper it lead to nostalgic conversation.
